We remain committed to personalizing all yoga sessions at Vital Online Yoga. Resultantly, we ask clients what areas of the body - shoulders, hips, core - they are interested in focusing on during sessions. In general, we don't seek to address all areas of the body at once as we have found slow and steady to be the optimal approach.


Strengthening the core involves significant twisting of the digestive muscles. In the recovery work following these sessions, hydration is essential. Water is nature's ultimate remedy, and it is especially important in the process of restoring digestive muscles that have been activated following a session.
